Refund because I never got my boots

I ordered a pair of boots in early December and they were delivered to the the wrong address on December 27. They said that they would send me a new pair of boots.
I sent detailed directions to my home 3 times and the boots were never delivered.
The order #ES86322**** with a tracking #SDH007918****. I no longer need the boots because winter is over.

They should get back to customer. Don't let the customer wondering what's going on. If cancelling, please answer customer, especially when it's in the 24 hours.

The shoes are of very poor quality, making my feet sweat all the time, with not enough heel support. The shoes are very light and slippery on wet surfaces, getting worse when wet on the snow and ice.
They are not good for the winter season and neither for spring. I tried to contact customer support on time, but my email was replied to very late, asking for more and more details, neglecting the situation.

Horrible customer service
- - Cancelled within 24 hours but heard nothing.

If I could rate this company a minus 10 I would. I cancelled within the allowed 24 hour period and heard nothing.
Received the ugly, cheap looking shoes and reached out to customer service 4 times and received 1 response. They have continued to ignore my inquiries. Stay away from this company.

No delivery, no reply

Was told the dispatcher couldn't find my address. Odd as they del7vered to me before.
3months & 4 emails later, I STILL havent received my order. No replies absolute NO refund.

Missing shoes

Via a Facebook or Instagram advertisement, I also placed an order for waterproof boots from Extrashoe for about US$48. Order placed Jan 3, 2026, coming out of China.
Contacted many times, tracking number showed order stuck at JFK airport in NY City on Jan 30. Asked Feb 14 by email, they had no information. When I asked again Feb 20, the tracking list was updated to say my order was delivered earlier on Feb 4 to my mailbox (probably would not fit in mailbox at street) and that I should ask my neighbors (they don't have it).
If the package was left on the ground at the street (raining that day), it could have been stolen. Bought replacement from someone else.
